These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Invitt Co website and any website design, local SEO, hosting, or maintenance services you request from Invitt Co ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting a form on this site, messaging us on WhatsApp, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Invitt Co provides custom website design, local SEO, and hosting & maintenance services to businesses, primarily in Zimbabwe. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for your project will be agreed with you directly before work begins, typically via WhatsApp, email, or a written quote.

2. Project Delivery & Timelines

Where a delivery timeframe is advertised (for example, a 14-day build), this timeline assumes timely delivery of content, images, and feedback from you. Delays in providing the information we need to complete your project may extend the agreed delivery date.

3. Payments

Packages, prices, and payment schedules will be confirmed with you before work starts. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, and final deliverables (including source files and domain/hosting access) are released once payment in full has been received.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for you transfers to you. Invitt Co retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets used in your project (such as stock photography, fonts, or plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.

5. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting and maintenance plans are billed on the schedule agreed with you (typically monthly). If a hosting or maintenance subscription lapses or is cancelled, we reserve the right to suspend the associated website after reasonable notice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may request to cancel an in-progress project at any time. Work already completed and any non-refundable deposit will not be refunded, but we will provide you with whatever has been completed to that point where reasonably possible.

7. Communications

By contacting us through this site, you may receive replies via WhatsApp, email, or phone, based on the preferred contact method you select. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle the information you share with us.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver reliable, well-built websites, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of your website, including downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or services outside our direct control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in accordance with Zimbabwean law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
